Hello Sweet chocolates,
It's been a while. I was so busy. But i will not forget my sharing with you guys. Ok here's another great home bakers that i adore. She will take up any challenge in her art of baking and decorating. She's one of my classmates during my years in UiTM.
Oven Merah is owned by Cik Puan Zeti Zulfah. She started as a part time baker and hobby. I respected her to the max because she quits her famous lawyering job as one of the partners of a legal firm in Petaling Jaya and opened up her own bakery. Nice huh?

She conducts baking and decorating classes. I promise you her cakes are nice and nyum! Some fondant design used are blunt no taste but her's were sweet, smells nice vanilla rosy, and even tastes good. Not too hard and definitely a gum paste. Not to mention her cake/ cuppies... another one to die for. Her signature cakes are Red Devil and Red Velvet. Oh by the way, i gave a design to her and she made my Engagement Cup Cakes! The pink ribbon sugar gum paste cup cake... chocolate flavour.
