Another Project Coming Soon!

Readers,

Can't wait for my next project. It'll be a wedding reception of my good partner Miss Farah's lil sister i.e Cik Diba. She requested for a pastel colours dry candy buffet and to focus on green. She'll be wearing the emerald green Scha Alyahya colour. 

I am so excited and started preparation about 2 weeks ago. Here's my ideas as a teaser for the Candy Buffet... wonder what theme i should call it? All green? Evergreen? Garden of Mr and Mrs? any suggestions?

Home Bakers #4 Oven Merah via Zeti's

Hello Sweet chocolates, 

It's been a while. I was so busy. But i will not forget my sharing with you guys. Ok here's another great home bakers that i adore. She will take up any challenge in her art of baking and decorating. She's one of my classmates during my years in UiTM. 

Oven Merah is owned by Cik Puan Zeti Zulfah. She started as a part time baker and hobby. I respected her to the max because she quits her famous lawyering job as one of the partners of a legal firm in Petaling Jaya and opened up her own bakery. Nice huh? 

Here's some of her works to share some:

She conducts baking and decorating classes. I promise you her cakes are nice and nyum! Some fondant design used are blunt no taste but her's were sweet, smells nice vanilla rosy, and even tastes good. Not too hard and definitely a gum paste. Not to mention her cake/ cuppies... another one to die for. Her signature cakes are Red Devil and Red Velvet. Oh by the way, i gave a design to her and she made my Engagement Cup Cakes! The pink ribbon sugar gum paste cup cake... chocolate flavour.

Home Bakers #3 Salbira's

Hello sweetie pie, 

With no further a due, today i'll introduce you to one of the most achieving home baker i know. She started small but throughout the year, her husband developed a circle and expanded their business I had the chance to taste few of their awesome mouth watering cakes and cookies. Here's Salbira's cake. 

They may have expanded but the works are still home made. My own brothers and sister are among their successful suppliers. The main goal is to help the small industry and home based bakers to aim big. Get them via post from here:

They are super soft and super fluffy. Neither are they too sweet nor too milky. Salbira's signature cakes are the Choc Cheese Cake and Cheddar Cheese Cake... the one with snowy fluffy cheddar cheese on top. They filled their cakes with any fillings you want. Strawberry, Blueberry or just cheese over cheese. Anything that comes with cheese are heaven.

I guarantee you that it's not sweet and before you know it, you're having your third's. They come in many sizes up to even 1 kilo. I had those Choc cheese cakes during my E-Day last raya. They're just irresistible. No one person of my guest barely had 1... they even asked to tapau some more. Haha... Try them.

Home Bakers #2 Eidaniq's

Hello Sweet Toothers!

I just can't wait to just lump out all my friends and home bakers in the post. But... they say... little bit little bit.. more fun. Hehehe... So, today, i'm going to introduce you to my kinda related family cum the great home baker.. my 2nd sister's Sister In Law.. (how am i connected there?).

#2 She's Sis Noraida Hassan, a govt servant, an officer by day and baker in her free time. Her works are yummilicious. Here are some of the pictures to start you salivating. Slurps! Her cakes were moist, rich with everything you can think of. She serves you as she is serving her beloved husband and son. With love! Give her any challenge... design.. you'll be surprised. I am most intrigued by her famous and signature cake, the CARROT CAKE! Oh my... hers are better than a slice at SR! She makes sure to serve the carrot cake at every family events held. 

And oh.. We asked her to make a 3D Apam Polkadot-Not-So-Polkadot-Wheels for a birthday candy buffet of our client. The theme was Lorry and Trucks and Bus. She did amazingly good. Soft and has peanut butter filling. Nyums!

Hello sweetie, 

As i have told you before, we have links and lines of favorite bakers and suppliers for our candy buffet stations. My favorite has always been the friends who baked and design cakes at home. Yes! They are talented home bakers!

Welcome to our page. We are proud to inform that we served various functions and we specialized on candy buffet or choc fountain buffet. Yes the blog is new but we have been in the service for almost 2 years now. 

We started off with small events like birthdays, we then expanded to a bigger event i.e weddings, engagements and solemnization. 

We did our own stickers, door gifts, designs and etc. 

We selected the best items/ candies for you or you can select yourselves.
