With no further a due, today i'll introduce you to one of the most achieving home baker i know. She started small but throughout the year, her husband developed a circle and expanded their business I had the chance to taste few of their awesome mouth watering cakes and cookies. Here's Salbira's cake.

They are super soft and super fluffy. Neither are they too sweet nor too milky. Salbira's signature cakes are the Choc Cheese Cake and Cheddar Cheese Cake... the one with snowy fluffy cheddar cheese on top. They filled their cakes with any fillings you want. Strawberry, Blueberry or just cheese over cheese. Anything that comes with cheese are heaven.
I guarantee you that it's not sweet and before you know it, you're having your third's. They come in many sizes up to even 1 kilo. I had those Choc cheese cakes during my E-Day last raya. They're just irresistible. No one person of my guest barely had 1... they even asked to tapau some more. Haha... Try them.
